Update: Initial Allocations have been filled.

Allocations have been assigned and all tables are filled.

Any new applications will be placed on the reserve, but may not get a table.

What's an Allocation \ Reserve?

Some confirmation for everyone.
On applying you’ll go onto a list.

Our process:

Step 1 – Checking details
First we need to check your details are correct, so we can correctly contact you and know how much space everyone wants.

Step 2 – Fill Allocation (Available tables)
Traders will then be allocated a space. This is a first-come first-served system so there’s no playing favourites. Since there is limited space at the venue we likely can’t fit every trader who applies.

Step 3 – Fill Reserve (Remaining applicants)
Any applicant who was not able to be fit in the space is placed on a reserve list. If space opens up, they’ll be contacted to see if they want to take up the new slot.

So what list am I on?

Checking emails have been sent out.

If you’ve received an email saying you’ve been given an allocation, that means you have a table unless you withdraw, never reply, or fail to pay the invoice.

If I haven’t heard from you in 2 weeks I’ll try your alternative contacts first, before marking your application as “no contact” and giving the spot to someone on the reserve.

If I have heard from you, you’ll receive an invoice soon, and have until the cutoff to pay that.
If you don’t, your allocation goes to someone on the reserve.

If you’re on the reserve this means you might get a table if people withdraw\don’t reply\don’t pay.
You’ll be contacted directly as\if your turn comes up.

Why?

The event has to be a First-Come First-Serve as we’re not playing favourites with any applicant.

We understand this can be frustrating for people coming from interstate, but due to size constraints at (this years) venue, we only have so many tables we can fit in the space.

We’ve sent out the detail confirmations as soon as we could, and invoices will arrive shortly after that.

When do I get my invoice?

If you have confirmed your details,  you should receive your invoice to lock-in your table within 14 days.

Payment must be made before the 12th of July. (5 weeks before the market)
