What's a
Furry?
Have you seen Zootopia? Zootopia? Kung-Fu Panda? Bluey? Robin Hood? Puss-in-boots?
Basically that! Be creative with something that isn’t human, but give them just as much personality! Most ‘Furry’ creations are based upon our love and fascination of animals, but you can experiment with monsters, dinosaurs, creatures or anything that sparks your imagination!
Attending on the day

There are no other panels or happenings organised on the day by MFMM, it is just a single market day to show off local talent.
But please check with the local community. if something has been organised! - There is very limited seating at the venue. Plan for shopping and enjoyment, but there isn't a dedicated social area. We have a list of wonderful local restaurants and cafe's though!
- Most traders will be using electronic payments, if you only have cash please let them know. An ATM is available up the road, but not on-site.
- Costuming is wonderful and encouraged! We'd love to see what you have! But we don't have a dedicated 'Headless lounge' or change room. Plan your outfit accordingly.
- Weather may vary, bring an umbrella if rain is expected.
The Venue - Kensington Town Hall
Kensington town hall is a heritage venue located in Kensington, Melbourne. It is very close to the Newmarket Train station, and has parking in the local suburb.
We encourage attendees to come by Public Transport where possible.
